THARA THAI delivers handcrafted massage tables and accessories worldwide. Below are our shipping terms, timelines, and procedures.

## 1. Shipping Areas

We ship to most countries worldwide, including:
- France & EU
- UK, Switzerland, UAE, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan

## 2. Shipping Times

- **In-stock items:** shipped within 5 business days after payment.
- **Made-to-order massage tables:** shipped within 30 working days after order confirmation.

Shipping delays may vary based on destination, customs clearance, and production time.

## 3. Delivery Methods

- France: courier or freight service (MBE Chartres or equivalent)
- Europe & international: professional freight carrier (door-to-door or curbside delivery)
- Tracking number provided for all orders

## 4. Delivery Details

- The delivery address must be accessible for standard delivery services.
- Carriers do **not** enter buildings or set up the products indoors.
- For curbside delivery, you are responsible for moving the items inside.

## 5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Product weight and volume
- Delivery destination
- Chosen carrier

Large items (massage tables) may have fixed transport charges by region.

## 6. Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union:
- Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes may apply
- These costs are the buyer’s responsibility

## 7. Shipping Damage

Please inspect packages upon delivery.  
In case of damage:
- Write clear, **specific** notes on the delivery slip

Failure to provide valid documentation may void any claim.
