# Returns & Refunds Policy

At THARA THAI, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted massage tables and accessories. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund conditions below.

## 1. Withdrawal Right (EU consumers only)

In accordance with EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU), private customers have **14 days** from the date of delivery to withdraw from a purchase made online — **except for custom-made products**.

To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at **vincent.cosmetic@gmail.com** within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

## 2. Products Excluded from Returns

Custom-made or personalized products — including most of our massage tables — **cannot be returned or refunded**, as stated in Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

## 3. Conditions for Returns

- Products must be unused and in original condition.
- Returns must be sent within 14 days of notifying us.
- Return shipping costs are at your expense.
- Items must be returned to:  
  **THARA THAI – 20 rue François Foreau, 28110 LUCE, France**

## 4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation.

If approved, a refund will be processed within **14 business days**, to your original payment method.

## 5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within **24 hours** of delivery, including:
- Photos of the package and product
- A description of the issue
